Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. We had a great weekend- and couldn't believe how sunny and warm it was!
We hadn't even gotten all the way into Gram and BB's driveway on Friday afternoon when Paul spotted the first egg- and he's off:
His shorts are almost falling down since he was running so quickly to get this egg:
The Kaitlyn dance- it involves flapping your arms up and down as if you were trying to fly:
Why hunt for eggs when I can play with mulch?
Oh- wow- there's something in the eggs!
Why hunt for eggs when I can play with a hose? About 10 minutes later Kaitlyn was drenched, Gram got squirted across her legs and we were all laughing quite a bit.
Checking out the Cheerios from the eggs:
Paul III intensely preparing for easter egg decorating- with his favorite tools... scissors and tape:
Decorating easter eggs with Elizabeth Smith on Saturday morning (note in the 2nd picture that their hands have also been "decorated"):
Reading daddy's favorite childhood book with Nana on Saturday:
Making some phone calls with Pop Pop on Saturday:
Buidling the 'boat' the easter bunny gave him (7:15am on Sunday!):
Daddy and Kaitlyn enjoying their lamb chops together Sunday evening at our house:
Trouble.... need I say more?
"No mom, I wasn't trying to reach the plate of food on my own, just like my older brother."
Kaitlyn and Aunt Char checking out another egg:
Paul relaxing after a busy, busy weekend (with his cool Cars slippers!):
