Kaitlyn got checked out at the doctor's today and has surpassed her birth weight and is now up to 7 lb 14 oz. She and mommy have had a good week at home- we met daddy for lunch on Wednesday, had our first trip to the grocery store (leaving mommy at home makes for many trips to the kitchen for snacks) and even had our first shopping trip today with Gram to buy some "girl" clothes to mix into her wardrobe (which even daddy wanted us to do... a dangerous precedent).
The pictures below are from little Paul's hillarious raid of the leftover spinach dip from last weekend's visit by Nana and PopPop. He pulled over a kitchen chair and went to town- using a spoon to dig out as much dip as he could. Of course, he still had plenty of room left for dinner (and seconds!).
