Despite daddy's wishes, we didn't go to the barber shop but headed to a "girly salon" - which was great as the gals there were so nice. Paul did a great job- no tears or even a lot of fear; he wasn't showing a lot of excitement either but will pat his head when you ask about his haircut. Fortunately there was a woman getting her hair blown dry at one point, so that provided plenty of entertainment for Paul to watch while the back of his hair was getting clipped. He even touched the clippers (as did mommy) - I guess we'll be back in a few months for haircut #2!Thursday, July 31, 2008
Paul's First Haircut
On Tuesday afternoon mommy and Paul went to get Paul's first haircut- we were waiting for a day when Paul had a great day at school and was ready for a new experience. Despite daddy's wishes, we didn't go to the barber shop but headed to a "girly salon" - which was great as the gals there were so nice. Paul did a great job- no tears or even a lot of fear; he wasn't showing a lot of excitement either but will pat his head when you ask about his haircut.
