In case you haven't been outside, an August-style heatwave has hit the northeast. To cool off over the weekend, we got out Paul's little pool both afternoons. It was quite a hit! Of course mommy thought it was important to adjust the slide so that it would go into the pool. Gram also enjoyed the cool water with Paul this afternoon.

Great idea having the slide lead into the pool! Be careful tomorrow. They have closed schools here in NJ due to the heat index reaching 120!!!! To bad Mountain Ridge doesn't close for heat :o(
