Memorial Day

The Redfern's had some people over to celebrate Memorial Day on Monday. We had Jimmy Buffet music playing it the background and spent some time out back on the patio and opened up the new baby pool for Paul III. Here is a picture of Paul and Paul from Monday.

Friends from Lancaster

Uncle Dave and Aunt Angie and my cousin Brian came to visit this memorial day weekend. Here is a picture of Aunt Angie and BJS enjoying an adult beverage on Friday night.

Here is another picture from the weekend. This was taken on the front of Katherine's porch at her off-campus house. Isn't it nice that Daddy had a burp rag on Mommy's shoulder. Congrats again Aunt Katherine.

Commencement 2007

Aunt Katherine graduated from Gettysburg College today. Paul III and Mommy were able to go the ceremony and cheer when Aunt Katherine crossed the stage. Daddy was the head usher and got to give Aunt Katherine a big hug.

After the ceremony Mommy and Paul III went to Aunt Katherine's house for a party and Daddy was able to come after he finished up at the College.

On the right is a picture of Aunt Mary Ellen and Paul III at the party. I had a good time playing with everyone at the party.

Mother's Day

Mom and Paul III had a great first mother's day. We got up and Dad and Paul III made mom breakfast (eggs and toast). We planted in the yard and then headed to our friends for dinner. It was a fun day to spend with our family.

In Jail with Aunt Katherine

My Aunt Katherine came to visit on Monday night for dinner- I can't believe she's graduating next weekend! We joked that I was "in jail" as I tried to eat one of the kitchen chairs.




Mommy also wanted to post some of my new pictures. I'm sitting up on my own and making some loud and fun noises. I'm eating cereal at lunch and at dinner; so far I've had green beans, carrots and butternut squash with dinner...mmm....

Eating Carrots

We have started to introduce veggies to Paul along with his daily dose of baby cereal. Here is a picture of Paul III enjoying a helping of carrots. Do you think he likes the taste or just spreading them around his face?

Reading with Grandma and Grandpa R

It's been a very busy week for us so we didn't get to post as often as we wanted to. Here is a picture from last weekend when Grandma and Grandpa Redfern were visiting. You can see Paul is reading them a book. Uncle Chris was also here Monday and Tuesday and had a fun time playing with Paul. We'll try to do a little better this week.
